About HomeAssist Senior Visits

Seniors deserve to age with dignity and independence, supported by people who genuinely care. We built our company on Dignity, Independence, Compassion, and Trust, because aging shouldn’t mean losing control. It should mean finding the right support. Today, we help families keep their loved ones safe, engaged, and at home.

Our Mission

To help seniors age with dignity, independence, and safety in the homes they love by providing compassionate, professional care that recognizes their worth and protects their freedom.

We don’t see aging as decline. We see it as a new chapter that deserves respect. Our mission is simple: catch the dangers before they become emergencies, provide the support that matters, and make sure seniors know they’re not alone.

Our Vision

A world where no senior has to choose between staying home and getting the help they need.

We envision a future where aging in place isn’t a luxury, it’s the default. Where families don’t feel guilty. Where seniors don’t lose independence. Where care is personal, professional, and genuinely compassionate.

Hi,
I'm Liz

“I started HomeAssist Senior Visits after my dad, who has since passed away, was healthy enough to be living on his own and did not need any nursing care, but was requiring help with some chores that had always been very easy for him. I started noticing that bills, that had always been paid immediately, were piling up and he even received a couple of disconnection notices. Like most elderly people, he was taking several medications and I suspected he was mixing up two of them that had similar names – one that was supposed to be taken once a day and the other three times times a day.

It was time to find a responsible, intelligent, caring person to come to see him once a week, lay out his medications for the week, and just touch base on a number of normal, household chores and potential dangers in his home. It was the smartest decision I ever made. He looked forward to her visit and she was my eyes and ears when I wasn’t able to be there. The decision potentially saved his life and, after he died, I knew that this was something that every older person living alone needed.”

Our Values

Dignity

Every senior deserves to be treated with respect, honor, and recognition of their lifetime of achievements. We don't talk down to seniors. We listen. We learn from them. We honor who they are.

Independence

We don't replace independence, we support it. Our goal is never to make seniors dependent on us. It's to help them stay capable, in control, and living life on their terms for as long as possible.

Compassion

Compassion isn't a job for us. It's who we are. We show up not because we're paid, but because we genuinely care. We see your loved one as a person, not a task. We treat them like family.

Trust

We earn trust every single day through transparency, reliability, and integrity. Background-checked caregivers. Real expertise. Honest communication. You deserve to know exactly what's happening with your loved one.

We’ve seen what happens when seniors don’t get the right support:

  • A fall that could have been prevented
  • Medication confusion that lands them in the hospital
  • Isolation that slowly erodes their spirit
  • Families torn apart by guilt and exhaustion

We've also seen what happens when they DO get the right care:

  • A senior who smiles more, stays engaged, and looks forward to visits
  • A family caregiver who can finally breathe and just be family again
  • An elderly person who gets to stay home, in their own bed, surrounded by their own memories
  • Peace of mind for everyone
